Payment can be made by:

Our sales contract becomes effective only after 14 days from receipt of the goods. The prices shown already include the VAT currently in force. Any regulatory changes concerning changes in VAT or other sales taxes will result in an adjustment in the shipping document. Invoices are not issued unless requested together with the order accompanied by the Tax Code and VAT number (art. 22, Presidential Decree 633/72 VAT).

Is it possible to receive an invoice for the order?

Yes, it is possible. If you wish to receive an invoice, you must indicate it in the "Invoice Request" field visible during checkout, providing all company data, including the VAT number and SDI Unique code

I placed an order with PayPal, but it was cancelled and I received a refund, what is the reason?

If the payment is "not eligible for seller protection", our company policy provides for the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount paid. In this case, we recommend contacting PayPal support, as the message often results from missing data in the procedure. After ascertaining the problem, you can re-enter the order

Can I place a tax-free order?

No, it is not possible to place tax-free orders on our online shop.
