SHIPPING TIME AND METHODS
Shipments are always entrusted to express courier. Delivery times for Italy are generally 3-5 working days, for the European Union 5-7 working days, for the rest of the World 7-10 working days depending on the country. Delivery times are, in all cases, from receipt of payment.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Italy: always free shipping
- European Union (including Ireland): shipping cost is €9.90
- Countries outside the European Union (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland): shipping cost is €19.90
For shipments outside the EU zone, additional taxes and customs duties may apply and will be fully borne by the recipient. Import taxes and duties may be applied when the order reaches the country of delivery. Import taxes and customs duties vary from country to country and it is not possible for us to predict the amount, in any way. Payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer and is subject to the laws of the country to which the items are shipped.
