RETURN OF GOODS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Atlantic Stars s.r.l. will proceed, in the shortest time possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to reimburse the sums paid by the user, in the case of total return without replacement, excluding any contribution to shipping costs and / or cash on delivery costs. Only unused items in perfect condition, stored in the original packaging, are accepted. The cost of returning goods is always the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error by Atlantic Stars Ltd.

FAQ
If an exchange is desired, is it necessary to place a new order?
In case you wish to change the size of the same item, it is not necessary to place a new order. The change request must be received via e-mail. Our Customer Service will confirm the availability of the new requested size and authorize the return. In the event that an exchange for a different item is desired, it will be necessary instead to make the return and place a new order. The returned order will be refunded as soon as we receive it at our warehouse.
Can I apply for a partial refund?
In the event that you have ordered more than one item, but wish to return only one of them, simply request authorization for a partial return. In this case a refund will be made only for the amount paid for the returned item.
