RETURN OF GOODS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Atlantic Stars srl will proceed, as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date it becomes aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to refund the sums paid by the user, in the event of a full return without replacement, excluding any shipping costs and/or cash on delivery charges. Only unused items in perfect condition, kept in their original packaging, will be accepted. For non-EU customers, returns from non-EU countries are not permitted, with the exception of defective or incorrect products, for which it is possible to request authorization by sending a documented request with photos to the email address shop@atlanticstars.it
Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error by Atlantic Stars srl.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Products purchased online can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the goods. The exchange authorization request must be sent by email to shop@atlanticstars.it
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FAQ
If I want an exchange, is it necessary to place a new order?
If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size, you do not need to place a new order. The exchange request must be submitted via email. Our Customer Service team will confirm the availability of the new size requested and authorize the return. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. The returned order will be refunded as soon as we receive it at our warehouse.
Can I request a partial refund?
If you ordered more than one item but wish to return only one, simply request authorization for a partial return. In this case, you will be refunded only for the amount paid for the returned item.
