Payment can be made by:
- Credit Card. All major credit cards are accepted

- Paypal

Our sales contract becomes effective only after the expiration of 14 days after receipt of the goods. The prices quoted already include the currently applicable VAT. Any regulatory changes concerning changes in VAT or other sales taxes will result in an adjustment in the packing list. Invoices are not issued unless requested in conjunction with the order accompanied by the Fiscal Code and VAT No. (Art. 22, Presidential Decree 633/72 VAT).

Is it possible to receive an invoice for the order?

Yes, it is possible. If you wish to receive an invoice you must indicate this in the "Invoice Request" field visible in fae of checkout by providing all company data, including VAT number and SDI unique code

I placed an order with PayPal, but it was cancelled and I received a refund, what is the reason?

In the event that the payment is "ineligible for sales protection" our company policy is to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. In this case we recommend contacting PayPal support, as the message often results from some missing data in the procedure. After ascertaining the issue you can re-enter the order

Can I place a tax-free (tax-free) order?

No, it is not possible to place tax-free orders on our online shop.
