Payment can be made via:

Our sales contract becomes effective only after 14 days from receipt of the goods. The prices shown include the currently applicable VAT. Any regulatory changes regarding VAT or other sales taxes will be adjusted on the shipping list. Invoices will not be issued unless requested in conjunction with the order, accompanied by the Tax Code and VAT number (Article 22, Presidential Decree 633/72 VAT).

Is it possible to receive an invoice for the order?

Yes, it is possible. If you would like an invoice, please indicate this in the "Invoice Request" field at checkout, providing all your company information, including your VAT number and SDI unique code.

I placed an order with PayPal, but it was canceled and I received a refund. What's the reason?

If your payment is deemed "not eligible for seller protection," our company policy is to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. In this case, we recommend contacting PayPal support, as this message often results from missing information in the process. Once the issue has been resolved, you can resubmit the order.

Can I place a tax-free order?

No, it is not possible to place tax-exempt orders on our online shop.
